To truly reach diversity.

I am not going to be long here; the answer is quiet simple. To have an education system that actually teaches people what they need to do in order to be successful instead of waiting for many years in highschool or in college to ever figure out they still are not going to get the knowledge to succeed and one that is various and particular to the many actual goals of people to have and not just everyone becoming a scientist and everyone who is not must be a secondary species trash. To allow people to actually reach their dreams by hardwork and no corrupt schemes by family members, social crowds and estates in society to deter them or block them from their dreams. There needs to be less disechanted works of art that further only their importance of money but artwork with goals and ambitions and solely are suitably reached by branding the art as a business, funded under a job and self sustained without the project solely being about money for each and every decision.
