Thoughts on a woe.
The woes of the commission artist. I have seen foremost and first hand how unfair the online market for commission artists really is. People post and post and post their offerings and they never get a good return. They are lucky if they are hired by anyone and then they have to often contend with bad actors who don't respect them. Truly enough even the top tier artists faced such issues or face them. Some of those artists decide not to offer commissions anymore. But truly a person could post 8 to 10 times and even more up to 15 and still not ever get a job. It is to say that many posts are just offering one job and don't care about the real dynamics of things. It in effect to just hire one artist is to just think of all these artists on the net as a disposable service. But yet artists are people and many of them don't even get paid even though they try and those that do sit on their gold and prevent the masses from getting what they get. I am to say there is pretty much a whole groupthink that controls the net and that is not good. I think that if people actually covered these happenings ; conditions would change.
