Technogothica;steampunk.

Steampunk is often related with the era of Victorian works and yet time period. Revolving a world that is industrialized utilizing gears and other industrial age concepts like steam and levers and other machinations to breathe life into alternate worlds were technology runs on gears and tech of the industrial era. Yet often is a subgenre in cosplay or clothes in which people make to appear to be in their works of fiction. Steampunk can be said to be a very element that is included as type of entertainment deal that has a physical component. That being of cosplay. Other cyberpunk genres don't have that and yes; Steampunk is apart of Cyberpunk by how its utilizes industrial age advancements to refashion modern or future tech or concepts. But namely Steampunk is something that many people actually do have an real physical cultural thing around in this world. They actually dress up in different characters of media or by their own designs. That is something not found in other cyberpunk genres namely ever at all. For most of cyberpunk everything remains an idea but in steampunk it is a reality~an actual real life culture around its doings.

Steampunk is which in what one would immediately deem if going for a story about the past and yet cyberpunk. I don't necessarily think so and seek to say such an assumption is quiet narrow minded. By the textbook. And makes no effort to understand a real reality part by part and just comes with broad assumption from pop culture really. Yet with an upcoming story I go to actual references of the real world to make the story. Things that connect to each other and are not just apart of a broad image understanding of what cyberpunk is in the past. 

The first clue of the next direction against this image of "past cyberpunk is steampunk" I have given. Is the music machines. Various surrounding around that.

The 2nd clue of the next direction around this and that~ is that while namely one could say the story is Victorian era Steampunk based~ it is done in a way that actually builds up the world focusing on real life concepts. A kind of deconstructive nature to actually look into what things are all about. Builds it piece by piece just like a Lego house.

Namely I will say that many works of steampunk and cyberpunk ignore a crucial factor; if steampunk is based off the Victorian and Industrial era and cyberpunk worlds stem from our world which had a Victorian and Industrial era. Why is it that one steampunk world cannot become a cyberpunk world? That is the real question I am asking in my work here in this deconstructive manner. Maybe to say that people who write cyberpunk works think of the very nature of the tech advancements as pure fantasy that needs no depth to go into the history in any of the stories. Yet this question of why the world is the way it is will be answered in my works to tell why a steampunk world could not become a cyberpunk one. Or if a cyberpunk world had a steampunk origin. These are the questions generally never answered by people who write Cyberpunk works. As a reader have become quiet overbearingly angry no one answers this question and just keeps on with the same cyberpunk bullshit since Blade Runner or the 80s era. Its time to answer this question.
