He is at forefront if not at one point a comic magazine made in his own home garage(with a rock band when he was 9 and their youngest member of the Raising Rocket Band), or for the Z Tag magazine or for the Increment Magazine in his later teens to the MK MZODERN company which runs these different comic magazines. Chester Rines is the megastar of everything new and modern to its most "Z" state of speed!
