Hm, a grand immoral marketing ploy; how people got suckered by Superboy being bi for DC's marketing purposes.

So you know the whole thing where Superboy is deemed bisexual? It really does not matter in the whole scheme of things. Do you not know how many Superboys there have been in the world of DC? Too fucking much and literally one of them is like on the Suicide Squad for no fucking reason.  Its to be said that these characters are dime a dozen and whilst this Superboy has managed to stay respected for so longer than the others before being made a secondary character-the current run of the character being made bisexual is only so DC could create a talking point! I have seen all it before and really much I don't understand how you can just rush a boy character into a man character and bizarre of them all just make them bi without any fucking context.

Its almost like sexualizing a child almost under this pretext that they have been aged up. While their sexuality would have made sense if they were given a chance to even evolve like natural characters and actually take a fucking real world time to become the teenage they are- I guess we are just going to dash some utterly irrelevant plot of a person being bisexual just so we can appeal to be fucking lit in the social justice politics. But I am to say that DC's actions are just are an attempt at publicity and they ruined the chance to break their curse with the many endless versions of  Superboys just becoming background characters. The move to make a kid character suddenly grown up and sexual mature to some odd ass extent of social justice politics just destroys the worth of the character and anything they had making them unique. Many fans regardless if they care about his new sexuality or not will distance theirselves from the character. He will not be embraced by many because him being bisexual is forced and quiet clearly its a true turn off from the solid nature the character actually had.

Seriously; this is a move for publicity and the quality this Superboy had is now gone. He is just a trade gimmick and surely the book that he is currently the star of will be cancelled and so much more is that no one will care about his pink haired boyfriend and no one will care about him even DC comics. Ultimately its likely that he will just be tossed into another title and treated any kinda of way. I imagine that he will either be killed, dishonored as a villain, revealed to be a clone and/or forgotten about just as all the Superboys before. I am to tell you that Superboy has been a character since maybe the 1960s. There have been comics in the older days of DC where Superman and Batman have children superheroes and superhero wives. If you don't realize it yet its all just a fucking trick. DC has been there and done that and just really much Superboy will always be an additive of Superman and really much he alone does not matter. Why in the fuck is he called Superboy and not some other original name? Its because DC wants to capitalize on him being a younger Superman and very much its so fucking depressing that the most current Superboy could not escape that concept. What's worse is that they think that they are being hip and modern by making him bi for no reason. If you wanted to make him bi, he should have been so at the start of his run as Superboy! There are many things LGBT people miss out on and its the portrayal of their romantic situations as normal as they are kids. Everything has to be an adult thing and that is just fucked up really. For DC to do this is last minute and really much to make Superboy a just "queer" Superman for no reason but to advertise how they are so political correct. I am to say they just want to capitalize off of people's needs to be recognized as people and really don't care about them.

Lowkey, DC comics has the worst black character representation. The only character that is original and not a Batman or Green Latern tie in is frankly Static Shock and he has only gotten his own limited release book after like 6 years. I mean you know how old Static Shock is? A character that has essentially been around since not 2015 but the 1990s and so he has been around 30 years. They have not created a character that a black character and original for about 30 years and this is only because he was on an imprint of their company and not their full one. In original I mean; that he does not fall into a batman, aquaman, wonderwoman and/or green lantern theme. There have been many black characters of these different themes but really who cares about them really as they are just secondary to the real characters they are based on. Its paramount to a person make a black version of a white character who is the main character of a franchise only for this character to be sidelined in time. Original characters like Static Shock really don't happen at DC comics. There is no Storm and whilst Miles Morales is a Spiderman; its clear he is his own character and the writers actually care enough to make him his own character doing the Spiderman mantle differently.  You think that a company that refuses to have original black characters not connected to anyone previously actually gives a fuck about black people? They don't mates, they don't fucking care and honestly its way worse for LGBT people. They are just used as yellow paper. Sensationalism at its finest but when it comes to the heart of the matter; DC comics will never be on any of their sides to depict any real challenges. They need things to happen so easy for characters who are BI to fall in love so easy just so they can weasel their way into create a topic about things because they need media coverage to propel their upcoming Fandome.

Its to be said that have their fruits actually turned up solid? I have been tracking what has been trending since the announcement on whatever day of the week happened. I have been tracking it down and really much there has been so much discussion from everyone of each part of the internet that they have achieved success in advertisement through this blatant shameless token move. They have gotten Bisexual and LGBT folks clamoring to one side or the other. One side saying that its all just for money and not real and others who praise the idea of the "representation". Next you get the middle class white lady people who write these internet articles much like the english teacher I did not like in college; who praise this move as a great example of how companies can tell LGBT stories. Maybe these people just are the worst catalyst of tokenism and sensationalism that are and just push the talking point over the edge to the people who are conservatives and liberals of the 30 to 40 age group and minimally the 50 year old group. I am to say next we got all the liberals of the 30 to 40 age group agreeing with the move and some people disagreeing as they are comic book fans and see through the blatant popularity fishing. Its here you get people who are of either side of the political spectrum just distancing theirselves from comics and what actually happens in the stories and really revealing they are just here for the sexuality elements of things. Some people truly will only be inspired to even recognize the character even exists of the liberal kind because he is suddenly bisexual on purpose for views.

Next some people who are of a republican background will frankly distance theirselves from comics and reality and just prove they live in an alternate dimension.  Can these people even read? They cannot. Somehow it enters into their heads that Superman the actual one is the one who will be turned gay and that Lois Lane is now going to be man called Louis Lane. I think that these people have for a long time had this idealism of Superman being gay and Lois Lane become Louis Lane in their heads for such a long time as what the "liberals would do". Its fucking funny and just shows how distanced from reality republicans are. Of course the real topic is about Superman's son being bisexual but they don't know that. They think this is the rise of a "nightmare" they have long believed democrats and liberals were going to unleash on the world. Obviously these people never have read a Superman comic in their lives nor keep up with the titles. Its just atrocious. This alone displays that DC has conquered the conservations of many groups of people but I am forgetting more groups.

There are people from their 20s to their 30s who are the people who read comics and probably read them illegally for free and dare mouth off on how everything is politically correct. Our crowd that does not realize they are racist and just losers down right for grifting off of DC and never buying their works but always talking bad about them and how they are going to fail. Like have you seen the youtube videos of grown 20 year men and women reading shit that is obviously for little teenage girls and complaining about how its not catered to them. They scream "my life peaked in highschool" and never really have grown past being fools who think racism is cool. These people have as usual gone to bat with their annoying videos, comments and just other fucking shit that just does not look good on anyone. These people of course detest the idea and think that DC comics is going down hill for this but that is just unfounded at all and pretty much since they got everyone talking about their upcoming comic I think they have not failed at all.

There are 20s to 30 year old people who can respect LGBT people and not be fucking homophobic when talking about this subject and mainly these people can agree with the direction of the story but else others will not.  Most of the people in this group are familiar with the comics DC has made and even the characters of Superboy over the years. They are well read persons of DC comics really and honestly folks yea; they are the people with the most relevant thought put to the work. They just aren't swayed like any other group to advocate greatly for this move or to demonize it. They actually put complex thought into it that is not marred by attacking LGBT people. Some people agree with the direction and give complex reasons why.

Some people will mirror my own claims to say that this move is inappropriate because Superboy was just a kid not long ago in the story and they frankly have aged him up to make use of his sexuality in a way that is very bizarre and takes away from the actual character before. Some people try to make sense that the character links to the one before but many people will have better convincing arguments that the move to even age him up was out of place and the adding of this sexuality thing is just an immoral act to sexualize a child. Other people will argue that its just to make money and is false representation slash tokenism.  These people are above the most learned and yea, their interest is not faked for the purpose of bisexuality being included. These are people who actually read about the character from Supersons to the current title and only come to participate for their care of this character unlike a bunch of republicans who don't even understand which character is bisexual at all.  The degree of people who have a grasp of the goings on and not just illustrates the power DC has commanded in social media to get people to talk about Superboy and revitalize their brand in the public eye ahead of their Fandome event and yea hearing the guy from Twilight as Batman aka the fucking trailer for the upcoming Batman movie. Its like marketing magic to get your idea out there.

Like shit; what the fuck basically change the age of a kid so you can fucking sexualize them. Its almost as if they have taken a page out of the R. Kelly book to prey on black girls when they become a certain age to "do certain things" in their minds.  Someone has to say it but really DC's move is much like Tik Tok's where they tend to prey and sexualize children. Like they have struck gold from sexualizing a child. Maybe if they took their fucking time to tell a story and not pander to rip off social movements for monetary gains; it would have been not this immoral. Whilst people who praise this move and never read comics are oblivious to how wrong this actually is let me say that maybe people who are LGBT need representation that does not come at the expense of aging up a kid just to sexualize them.

I mean does anyone know of this movie where this kid is turned into an adult and he never sleeps with the woman he falls for because he is not actually 29 or whatever? In the end of the movie he goes back to being a kid instead of an adult and the woman finds out and is happy that he went back to being a kid realizing that was for the best. I mean maturity wise the dude was still a kid and that is why he was a genius at his toy making job.  But imagine that if the woman had sex with him whilst he was made old? I mean this is what the story basically has done. It has aged the character up and sexualized them! I think that people aren't familiar at all on how the story has functioned at various points around this character to even have a really constructive view on anything. You think this shit is about Louis Lane? Who the fuck is that even? Its to be said that the least critical thinking people of them all are the republican pundits and the actor of Superman from the worst Superman show in the 90s.

Openly how people can care less about what matters to the story like the previous matter is to show how this move greatly undercuts any story the work can hope to offer and ultimately this might serve as a boost for DC comics for a shortwhile to get other things popular but really much the good days for Superboy are over. You just are going to get people interested in writing things for DC just because it pandered to be political correct and these people have never read the comics. They will never read them. You are going to get people interest in the character and DC comics over fake branding essentially and really much the character will suffer in writing because of this. I mean things can spiral down quicker than expected and this character just be a token character who really has no meaning but the fact they are bisexual and just will appear as a background characters in future works. Ultimately the people who write the current work suck at their jobs for the reason they have sexualize a kid and just literally have no great story points. I mean the only people who made it work were those behind Supersons and those who wrote the Superman titles, Batman titles  and other titles he appeared in. It already has gone down the drain from the highest quality to this reveal be the one that cheapens the character of the Superboy to nothing but a token plaything. In a few years no one will remember this event. Not one and the character will be forgotten or in a lesser status that what could else be with better writing and an agenda to tell stories.

I found it in me to write this because I was feeling optimistic this Superboy would actually be respected but that was an unfounded claim in the end. His move to be bisexual is not organic and the only means of him being so is just to create conversation for DC that they are fucking lit in the social influence of political correctness and the people's movements. This is such shit because all they will get is free advertisement to Fandome and all their stories in that event.

Technically on Twitter since their announcement;  several DC titles have been trending which means they have gotten people to talk. Most Nightwing, Superman, Louis Lane, Lois Lane, Superboy, Bat Girl and several of the republican pundits against the move have been some of the titles. But as well the whole promotion of DC comics has somehow inspired conversation about Marvel comics and its works.  Marvel, Stan Lee and others have been found trending as well as some people apparently only respect Marvel and really don't care about DC comics. This could be said a negative affect of pushing your work in people's faces 24/7 through conversation. People will look for alternatives. As of today it looked like Marvel was getting more trends than DC comics was but surely Nightwing, Bat Girl and then Fandome mysteriously trended. Are you meaning to say this is not all according to plan? I am being sarcastic. Everything that was done was to promote the Fandome and its likely front running piece the new Batman movie. Trust me people would not know the date of an event if they weren't to learn about it through conversation about DC comics and its new profound social justice act! I would say the reveal has gotten many people interested and it will get many people on twitter who are blatantly suckers for a bad marketing ploy to attend the Fandome which is tomorrow.

Notes to learn from this; maybe you are better off just sticking to your lane yea and not making shit that you know nothing about and making no original black characters who have their own hero thing not connected to any previous character for like 30 years.  Alas, what people can learn from this is that maybe you can succeed grifting off people but its just all a bunch of bad faith really to be doing this shit.
