2019 real life cyberpunk.
I am aware its almost 2019. Yet; there are no flying cars. But the following playlist and songs I have compiled over two years of research are the most exemplary songs that communicate real life cyberpunk and yet a culture behind it that is not fantasy but based off of reality. Reality in which there are struggles between the powers who use technology for good and others for waste. Of such our reality is now a cyberpunk one because people are likely not to use their phones nor technology to make the world a better place; but one that shortens social expectations of free people to be nothing more than just bastards not responsible for their own lives, freedoms and whatever happens within it. Just passing the blame to whatever is convenient seems to be the will of the people. But yet some people actually use current technologies for good but for all the good in the world there is ever the heavier push back. And such some people must arise to the occasion to fight back against all the oppression to do good with technology as was meant to be and not a catalyst for impending social destruction.

Open your eyes; cyberpunk if it ever did exist as real life would not be defined by some superficial 80s ideals. But acceptance that certain things have happened in the world and that music has changed and that be to say; that music that could be defined with the aspect of some type of genre that is cyberpunk-should never be limited to sensationalist ideas of a would be past that hates the present and can never see how the ideals of this superficial 80s could never be real at all. When it denies the changes that the real world has taken on. Things would definitely have to be recognized for to claim such an idea genre of cyberpunk as a real life thing in any contexture, art or manner if truly to represent "cyberpunk in real life".
