135. Winter Popularity

Winter popularity she got, new girl in school,
new style in town, she got it all down.
Winter popularity, don't you see, winter popularity,
she can't sit with us, you'll never be with her,
she'll never be with us, in winter popularity.
Too cool she is, and the parka she wears so purple striped and black
and purple pink tank top
that makes the head wonder what's below and its black leggings
and brown boots, the angels are singing on their flutes,
winter popularity, winter popularity, winter popularity! yes, winter!
winter! We feel real good shunned for her as we should. Winter! Winter!
Popularity, summer puts an end to the insanity and next thing she knows,
she is our best friend, we are her best friends!
Of Mrs. Winter Popularity, hopeful forever now on, or least the winter comes
the summer wanes away, and she becomes once again what we don't know,
what we mystify.
