A question to consider
There is a question to consider and that's it.
Why have their been society's with music and great artists, it is only this society where the music can thrive and survive with the use of technology, thus making it immortal or something like that.
The billboard awards, I did not watch but there are some factors of the people there. One of the people there was dead. He is Micheal Jackson which links straight to the immortality cause, he died a long time ago, some years ago and yet his music can continue on.
Come and think of this, throughout the history of mankind on earth there has been civilizations with music and mostly when the civilization collapses the music ends or is altered or furthered in some manner.
Today you get to see the effect music has on another, especially those of another generation. Music leads to more music. People lead to more people.
The question is what makes this time so special, the best artists? The best technology, or was this the master plan all along to create a standing society here. Listen, the modern music industry has only been around for a 100 years when there was technology to preserve the music and share it with the world. Today, there are many sources of old music thanks to this, you may think it sounds boring but people of the time actually enjoyed it. What was different, they did not know of other music more complex and less with gaps. If you listen to music from the early 20th century, it is not as wholesome as music today, it includes a lot of silence. Now, if you listen generation after generation, this silence sound decreases, music becomes more compact and more complex. You would reason this is because time has gone and this is the natural order. Yes, but this could have happened several times, it is our society that has the reach to carry on into the distant future, time periods we cannot imagine.
Like the many kings of the world, they use the idea that they were given authority by god to rule and prosper, it is my thinking this society is the one chosen to start many others. As you can already guess, other societies have been given this ability but not in the way of succeeding, rather dying off or spreading out to create the society that exists today.
Now, think, there are many main genres of music, rock, r&b, alternative, indie, country, techno/house, electronica and rap and hip-hop. In the near future, say a 100 or 200 years there could be many main styles that originated from the ones that are here today.
We are the ones to succeed but not in a way you or I can think of or the way that I want or that you want to ,but we will still be here tomorrow. That I know of, everything has to come to something and not just a total collapse which you or I might think will happen if we just let things be. There is a master plan here, that I know.
