Mediation again.

Mediation is really great in getting to where you got to go in art. But only in the sum of realizing the problems within your life and fixing them. Which is why this site centers on my problems and fixing them to create better work and yes self improvement does change your work for the better. But of course-it helps defeat negative insights into art as well as the plan you should take and not take what other people are doing; just for the fun and sake of it all.
