Week 7
**Day 43: The Big Reveal**
Dear Diary,
Blake unveiled the new designs for his “Rogue Casters” characters today, and they’re incredible. He’s been working on incorporating more dynamic poses and intense expressions, and it shows. Everyone was blown away—especially Sasha, who rarely gives open praise but muttered, “That’s… impressive.” Coming from her, it’s like a standing ovation.
Spy admitted that Blake’s work made him rethink some of his own layouts for “Mason Trails.” He’s reworking a key action scene, and I’m excited to see how it turns out.
Ruby stopped by during our meeting and offered to help Spy with dialogue. He hesitated but eventually agreed. Seeing them collaborate is fascinating—they bring out the best in each other.

**Day 44: Group Workout Gone Wrong**
Dear Diary,
We tried to go to the gym together today, thinking it’d be fun to do a group workout. Big mistake. Spy and Blake got way too competitive during a round of basketball, and Spy ended up flat on his back after trying to block Blake’s dunk.
Josh and Lilly stuck to the treadmill, walking side by side and chatting like it was a date. Sasha attempted yoga but gave up after ten minutes, muttering, “This is pointless,” and retreating to the corner with her sketchpad.
As for me? I lasted five minutes on the rowing machine before deciding I’m better at writing than working out. We all ended up at the smoothie bar afterward, laughing at ourselves.

**Day 45: Inspiration in the City**
Dear Diary,
We decided to take a trip to the city for inspiration. The art museum was our first stop, and it was amazing to see everyone reacting to the exhibits.
Blake was fascinated by the abstract pieces, taking notes on color theory and composition. Sasha spent ages studying a sculpture, probably plotting how to incorporate it into “Mystery Rangers.”
Spy and Ruby wandered off together, and when we found them, they were sketching people in the café. Ruby’s drawings were soft and whimsical, while Spy’s had his signature gritty edge. They complement each other so well.
Josh and Lilly stuck to the photography exhibit, whispering ideas for “Duby Duby.” Watching them work together is like seeing two halves of a whole.
The city buzzed with energy, and by the time we headed back, we all felt reinvigorated.

**Day 46: Sasha’s Backstory**
Dear Diary,
Sasha opened up about her past today. It started when we were talking about “Mystery Rangers,” and she mentioned that the sixth ranger’s struggles were inspired by her own experiences.
She told us about how she’s always felt like an outsider, trying to balance being fiercely independent while still wanting connection. It was one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever heard her say.
We all reassured her that she’s a vital part of our group, and I think it meant a lot to her. Later, she gave us a sneak peek at a new scene she’s working on, and it’s breathtaking.

**Day 47: Spy Takes a Risk**
Dear Diary,
Spy finally told Ruby how he feels. He was nervous all day, pacing and mumbling to himself during our meeting. When Ruby showed up afterward, he pulled her aside, and they had a long, quiet conversation in the hallway.
When he came back, he looked both relieved and terrified. Ruby stayed behind for a while, helping him fine-tune a scene in “Mason Trails.” There was this unspoken warmth between them that wasn’t there before.
I’m proud of him for taking the leap. Spy acts tough, but he’s got a big heart, and Ruby sees that.

**Day 48: A Tough Critique**
Dear Diary,
We had a critique session today, and things got a little tense. Sasha called out one of Josh and Lilly’s scenes, saying it felt too predictable. Lilly took it in stride, but Josh looked crushed.
Spy, surprisingly, stepped in and backed up Sasha’s point, but he also offered a solution that completely turned the scene around. Josh perked up after that, and by the end of the session, he and Lilly were brainstorming like nothing had happened.
Blake got some harsh feedback, too, but instead of getting defensive, he thanked us and immediately started sketching new ideas. Watching everyone grow like this is inspiring.

**Day 49: A Perfect Fall Day**
Dear Diary,
We spent the afternoon outside, soaking in the perfect fall weather. The trees on campus are a riot of red and gold, and the air smells like leaves and crisp apples.
Blake brought his camera to take reference photos for “Rogue Casters.” Sasha and I helped him find interesting angles while the others goofed around in the background.
Josh and Lilly carved their initials into a tree (cheesy, but cute), and Spy actually smiled when Ruby tossed a handful of leaves at him.
It was one of those rare, carefree days where everything feels right with the world.

Week 7 was full of breakthroughs, challenges, and little moments of joy. Let me know if you’d like me to continue with the next week’s entries! The semester is flying by, but it feels like we’re hitting our stride.
