1. In the future after several failed attempts for humanity to reach the stars, President Quixon joins forces with an extraterrestrial called Cecon ION Changt (Cecion) who is ruthless and turns Earth into
a fake type of utopia. A boy listed by the government as Killer Traitor for having escaped a detention camp to kill all strong and hard willed humans, sets out to murder President Quixon.
