 Greatly, after three days of searching I finally think a person has found the what? The best program to remove the lines off lined paper without scanning it. It would be Correl draw, British Adobe! I mean I stumbled upon a person asking for the same solution and there was a person who showed the way. This is great as I can now cut down the time entirely wasted on removing the lines in my older works. I will start to remove the lines soon.
