Modern Romance
Modern Romance, though characterized by the media as a happy, charming and dreamy subject of affection is simply never the case. Modern Romance is crude.
If you are a male, you like a certain girl and you could find yourself in several situations like being ignored( near worse case), being told to not bother them ( worse), friend zoned( bad) and/or beat up.
If you are female, if you like a certain male you just have to inch on close, risk humiliation/defeat and either he accepts you or he does not. Pretty biased of what was said as males will ignore females that they do not like as well. But you'll find that females are more quaint to ignore males for no good reason but to be crude, they are less accepting than males.
Boys are looking for companionship, girls look for romance and love.
The standardized social appeal of love capitalized by the modern media has made it nearly unfair for males to live up to the perfect image, the media has projected. Females are more keen to this set of ideas and are made more crude than their ancestors in terms of dating. For crying out loud, we live in a time period where there are feminists, feminists and feminists everywhere. In the past, females hardly had a choice which was a bad thing but at least they didn't go power crazy. Power crazy taunting their ideals of what a boy to date them should be like, a dream character which he is not. I may produce text supporting the movement of dream fulfillment, but it is not right to try and create a dream out of someone, it never works.
I believe it was easier to get a girl's companionship in the past than in the present. For one, you did not have this culture that promotes extreme bias. You know, the bias where females do not recognize the reality of the world and their actions upon it. They live in a world that seems to exist, but only in a tele screen and only very, very partially to the smallest percentage.
This is something many do not understand about some females and get crushed by it.
I could testify the many times, I wish I was welcomed with at least a human gesture. A warm welcome or at least a professional manner of handling a person who just wants to get to know you.
Some girls of this age seem to not be able to carry out a normal human conservation with a random male without being disgusted, anguished or both. I think its about time, that a counter strategy was advised to strengthen friendly encounters.
The Exercise here:
1. Imagine you are a male and list ten girls that you would date if you were a male and state what you would feel if they didn't want to associate human with you. Draw these interactions. If you are a male, create ten girls that you would date and state what you feel if they didn't want to associate with you. If you are a male, imagine you are a female and list ten boys who would you date if you were female and what you would feel if they didn't want to associate with you. If you are a couple, do and then compare notes and talk about your feelings to each other.
2. Imagine the hardships, that males go through to get a girl, list ten hardships with deep descriptions.
Draw these hardships.Imagine the hardships that girls go to get a boy.( No such hardships).
3. Create ways to recover from being ignored by people socially, in a way that would should their douche bag manner.
4. Create 10 dream girls/guys and state why you would be heartbroken if they said no. Pick some characteristics that you like from these characters and why you would look them up in real life.
5. Gather a pool of attractive male and female pictures that would fit with the image of your dream person.
