Draw a circle then a square underneath for neck then from square draw curved line down.

Lightly erase and go over it again to make this camel back fit in better like you are make a signature. Do it with bottom. If you want the lips to not be flat in the middle draw a hump in the middle .

Draw in the clothes. You do this yourself with the idealism presented beforehand.
