Everyone else is out and its hard to get anyone to do this edition, so that is why the random cast- you can't expect a usual cast or professional tone here, because our society/ societies do not value these notions of acting professional-it makes it less real and quiet boring and allows for people to not see who is reporting, true style. Sorry, also for the run on, but I am not associated very well with Eath english sentence structure.

This is the same deal but much larger in which every user is like a Marvell or DC Comics original creator. So, its a large intergalactic, inter-dimensional and interplanetary chain of companies like your Marvell or DC Comics. But in a bigger span, it only takes an individual or individuals together to announce their abilities to get into the surge. Much better than your Marvell or DC Comics, this method and system allows for anyone of the ability to apply and be apart of the system and instead of two companies there are many companies represented in every entrant.
Many new regions to the surge operate by the grail system, that is there is one mediator in one world who brings on the surge by communicating with surge officials and participants.After that, the mediator receives transmissions from the main surge areas in instruction, media and messages to the non-native area. As the might and influence of this one mediator grows, so does the status of the system in place there.
What I am saying is that once , all the story stocks are done, the mediator has a choice to use local methods to bring attention to his/her stories or the surge method in getting people to contribute but at such an early stage due to resources available-it might be best to sell the stories and then gain influence enough to support a wide mass of willing individuals. Creating a school is the most and best way to create these willing individuals into the system, else it is pretty hard to get anyone to join and to keep up in the system because they have their own objections most possibly.
