(HIGH HORSES) Congress in game of chicken as shutdown looms

So basically-they are just playing a game of chicken-
aren't they?
When we've elected them.
And now we'll select them for public social slaughter!
There is no hope for tomorrow!
Only guilt and sorrow, if you are coming from where they are
coming-and that is a false reality. Everything is not okay!
We do not have time to be wasting on  a government
shutdown.
Get down from your high horses and do something daring
for us Americans won't you?
But no. This government will be shut down.
