Snapchat Scams
Common features; Look out for these things.
Go to aggressive on pretending to be nice and start with normal conversations; yet changing depending on what percieved character they want to play. Notice that people who cannot use " I am architect" but "am an architect" are people who cannot be savy language users of english and come from either African or India or just are people who don't care about proper language and frankly live in white poverty areas. They will always not use " I am" so that is a big tiker to know that they are a scammer. Never do real people speak like this even people who type badly or ghetto will acknowledge the use of " I am" instead of "am".
Refusal to use video chat as they don't want you to see their actual face.
Need to see your image or ask aggressively for how you look like.
Smart ones will claim they are weary of scammers and ask for identification.
Ask for instagram or facebook. Never give either.
Ask for email. Do not send.
Ask for you to put your debit card in their cashapp because of a college grant they need to fulfill. Its apparent that college financial aid does not ever depend on a debit card but FAFSA and any aid will immediately go to a student account. Do not give people your debit card information or they will have access to your banking and can still your money and your identity and use your identity to scam others.
Some will try to pose you as if you are trying to come onto a minor by using younger images of existing porn models when they were 18. Or even worse using the images and videos of teen girls knowing they have said their age was 21 or 28.
Will change ages to try to extort you for money and threatening to send images of you deepfaked getting naked for someone underage whom in all actuality was not underage at the time of the recording. Threats to send this to your instagram followers which they asked for earlier. Only they have no such ability and are too lazy to do it. Also never realize that most people don't allow messages from strangers or their followers to be contacted or even known. ( note; you can always change your social media settings to where no one can be messaged). Likely enough people have to accept the message first and most likely will report it ending the account they are using. Never give out money to these scammers as it only encourages their behavior even further and keep calm despite their threats to send it to the FBI or send it to the news. They likely don't even exist in America and ultimately you aren't in the wrong as they lied about their age and the images likely will not feature underage individuals unless truly dealing with a nasty scammer. Even then-you were lied to and they have no authority to actually call the FBI on you when they are a literal scammer peddling materials that they by their own omission say are underaged.
Try to engage in a romantic situation eagerly and hastely. Yes, people can be lonely but realize that nothing of romance is ever that easy especially when the person is question refuses a video call.
The mommy scam; Sugar Mommy wants to give you either $500 or $5,000 dollars in your cash app. The vague missing 0 in either one of these messages that will appear on people who ask to friend you on snapchar is all you need to know to its suspicious. Never input the money into your account as it is likely stolen and will get you into trouble and debt with your bank because they know its stolen and will subtract accordingly meaning you will have a $500 dollar debt if you had nothing in the account and if you had a $1,000 you will only have $500. Its seems so cool but there are tons of these offers and if a person was truly lucky they would be a millionaire by the end of a hour but in reality things don't ever work like that because if it were-there would be so many millionaires walking around but there aren't because its a scam to put you in debt and to get you in trouble with the law using you as a money mule so the scammer can hack your account and pull out the money. If not get the copious health of your bank to become complete absmal and put you in bad standing with your bank. Never accept any of this money. Ignore all accounts with mommy in it or come with these bearings that you can get $500 or $5000 just by giving them chats and social interaction. Report accounts you find when you friend just rush to this message. It will not end well.
Snapchat Meetups and Content scams
There are many meetup and content scams on Snapchat. I would say that there are real people on snapchat offering meetups but likely enough they never will not have an onlyfans. In their story or their snap when these people show their menus as likely as it is called in many of these certain nasty accounts- basically steal the works and crafts of actual sex workers and content creators on onlyfans and else to promote their scam of getting you to pay money for certain pictures or images that they will not send you. But will ask for confirmation that you sent anything to them by a screenshot. They will make some nonsense story that they did not get it and will not return your money but ask you to do it again. If you ever ask about onlyfans they will inquire on which payment form you want to even see the link which is not how anyone who actually has one markets anything at all. They would never ask you to pay on cashapp or paypal when Onlyfans is pretty secure for that type of transcation. Openly never trust any links on these snapchats as they are just entry points for these scammers to get more information from you and take more money from you by constructing a narrative of closeness. Trying to get you to be with them saying that you are special or whatever but you aren't.
The lady I investigated yesterday makes near close to a million off scamming people this way. Remember your money is yours and porn is literally fucking free and you will just be watching it after all of this in the first place. Openly what you can even more look out for is edited images of previously existing ones; like if you have an updated modern phone you can take a video of the images and then pause the video and take a screenshot. From there reverse search the image and there you will likely find other images but without the added text. I would argue that a person should possibly if they are going to even be investing in these Snapchat Meetup and Content type accounts is to just become familiar with so many models and just add their snaps foremost to your account so that you know who is who and which is fake and which is the real. This is a thing that will make your life easy. Just take a day and do that. Also real women will likely not get angry that you saved the image from the snap as why would they when their twitter feed basically shows the same image to many people already? The scammers usually get angry when you save images because imposter syndrome. The grave mistake you can know to even further differeniate real people from fake ones is again the onlyfans link. You should research if this account is real and not full of stolen images.
I mean it could happen that you meet a person selling content or whatever on their snapchat but that literally is paired with slow response times that span days and I mean literal days and well they already have their onlyfans in their story. The spam accounts have no such feature and ignore the existence of the such and also just steal other people's works and over edit them. You should watch out for a common advertisement which is just pure evil featured in the snaps of these people that are scammers that will say cp next to a variety of evil items. Realize "cp" means child porn and that if you actually read what these listed items are; you will realize that is what they are advertising. The most troubling thing is that they will have this picture advertisment next to innocent models off the net as if they promote "cp" tarnishing their image. Worse, many people who are scammers when with a black woman nude model will get angry at you to a heavy degree than which they will do where they have a white model they are catfishing. They will say "fuck you" and other things claiming that you did not buy the image as if playing into the angry black woman stereotype. When portraying as white their response is more tame and they will leave. But for the love of everything review the stories and if coming across the malicious image mentioned before just up and report the account especially when it will be tied to different random sexworkers and models who are innocent people whose image is being tarnished. Also block them. The account will be destroyed by Snapchat and likely they will use other accounts to try to get towards you again with the same nonsense. There you can realize their dependency across different accounts to use many of the same models across each one but as a different person that which would ever be logical. No one has three back up accounts for their modeling, nope. They would only have one.
Nude images and links scam.
These people will continue to send gifs of nude women and entice you to sign up for links elsewhere. Snapchat already has marked them as spam so never click them because it will just sign you up for spam like dating sites which just allow more scammy people to gain access to your email. A person might be enticed to stick around to collect the gifs but the right thing to do is to report the account as soon as it begins and block the individual. This will allow less people to be targeted by the same people over and over again. Doing this you do a great help. These people are not looking for money but looking to harass your email really with spam and try to collect your personal information.
Normal accounts;
Normal accounts on Snapchat usually have people who will likely respond once if at all or more if they like you, they actually have stories which feature real locations and people which cannot be fabricated though you could say that deepfakes exist but no these things are real. They often post members of their family, their children, dogs, spouse, car and other valuable people and items. These people again if they ever speak to you will be weary of you. A great deal of these people will either be teenage girls to those who are in their mid 30s with children; there aren't many dudes on snapchat that aren't scammers like quite literally. Unless a person has a reputable story where they post day to day things that would never be easy to create and are completely original to their real life-do not engage with them further beyond a simple hello and good day. It may turn out these people are scammers even if they don't tik the tok box of anything previously mentioned. I mean these people can deviate and try to get you to go to another chat app to just scam you with cryptocurrency nonsense or offer to teach you and are very pushy. Some people will continue to speak to you but most people will stop speaking to you after a while if you don't know them in real life. Normal accounts are marked with attributes of proper speech even if gang or slang type speech. There is no "am an architect". There is " I am an Architect".
