Living in this world and learning to create comics is brutal.
There is a brutal truth to the positivity of the comics in Marvel and DC comics and how they portray theirselves to the actual media. You might like their shows and you might like their brand. But the truth is, they have actually killed many countless comic book companies over the years and it is actual blood on their hands. You have to realize that many of these characters are a 100 years old that have been revamped and revived from different characters to create their one character. Basically, I am saying that not much creative really has been created that much in comics for a really long time, besides indie comics and comics not in the big two. For this discussion, I do not refer to manga, as they have their own format, logistical imprint which is followed and style that has surpassed comics evidently. And the point I make is manga are widely recognized by the public as an art form.
But american comics not published in the monopoly range are seen as trash and obscured by the media.
I might go on a short blur about the media in America.
The media here is ready to pick sides and is biased so biased that it is brainwashing the people to think certain thoughts. Examples: Sidelining Bernie Sanders as not a real presidential candidate and a crazy supporting socialist. The Republicans are actually something that should be covered on tv despite all the lies, gibberish, evil and utter racism in their motives. Pokemon Go is a fad and will die out and only youngsters who can't find a job play it. Lies.
Here, you have the media trying to determine the utter narrative people will seek!
Trying to control them when there is information out there than disproves their narratives.
One, Sanders is not insane, his plan would actually work if people actually knew that socialism is just another system of government and can coexist with democracy. Heck, even this government, a democracy has communist elements to it, if not plutocratic.
Republicians have been caught lie after lie, is it a good example for the future supposed first lady to endorse plagiarism and being utterly brainwashed by a nasty man's dick. (lol!)
Pokemon Go has a long running videogame series that people have played for years and never have stopped. Pokemon Go is just another game, a rather mobile version of the game, with its own centre-mythos( meaning it has it own story that is different from what is in the videogames).So no, its not a fad, it is a successful business.
Now to the real point. Marvel and Dc comics always portraying theirselves as some type of saint, some type of vigil and some type of the only real comics there are. Ever heard of Oni-Comics and the rest of the smaller companies on the news, well no. Ever seen some kid walking around with a character from their comics, no. The legacy characters that Marvel and Dc Comics have built up, have basically conferred onto society that they are the only real characters and that anyone else is a fraud.Incapable of creating long lasting characters like they have and media like they have to. And if you do not believe it, try and learn to become an actual comic book artist. First, try to learn the methods. First try to learn the technique of drawing things. Marvel and DC Comics will say to you,
there is a " marvel and dc comics way" of doing things and that there is only a certain way and manner to create comics and that is how they create them. Nothing else works, because obviously no one else has a brain to think and no one else has a way to speech and no one else has a way to style and draw. It must just be as they say. Well no.

To stop people from reaching their actual plans. Cut them off from their actual plot and stick in something that does not work for em.I remember when I was 14 or 15 there was book I requested of my mother to get me for my birthday, I thought I was made. But the book, neither the two monopoly brand, just rambled and never actually showed how to make a comic. It took me a while to create the methods I use. And you will need methods in this world. And Marvel nor DC Comics has them.
The vibe they give to media is 360 of what they give to young artists. Which is not funny indeed. Happy they are for you to be gullible and a willing to spend your fucking bucks but when it comes to inducting or helping anyone really, they come with a harsh and utterly nasty attitude that seeks to kill the artist and potential inside to create a carbon copy robot! Who creates art as they do, who writes their silly scripts as they do. They only want to kill you.
Why, because people equal potential and each generation has more than enough potential to surpass the previous generations, why? Because of the human brain! Is infinite in possibilities and opportunities. They realize they have to keep people dumb in order for things to stay as things are for them, which is only two competitors who can only think certain things and surpass in certain ways.
Its a pity and shame, but your favorite top two who made that movie you saw over the holiday are nothing but greedy, capricious, nasty and thought killing pigs. Who realize they will die one day but guard so greedily and viciously and dark mannered against it, that they have become beasts of death and not anything anyone should really enjoy.
In truth, the only comic book I have really read at all is Spiderman and some lesser known marvel heroes and the occasional Batman Beyond, but else than that, I really do not even read comics at all.
How to guarnteee your own success as an artist, think for yourself and for your style. Last night in short story I found this blog where this woman proclaimed she would whore herself out to strangers and everyone who wanted here. That was a sick feeling when I was reading blog and like this, format of life is the life comic artists not in the royalty of monopoly live. A whore's life, wanting out to the ills of people and the styles and services they want. Never considering that maybe if you have to whore yourself out in such a manner you might as well just get another job that is not so horrible. Or maybe, just maybe, using your noggin, realize that your art has its own route, own function and own style and to demand your practice with becoming a job when you are not adequately equipped can ruin and end your artistic life if not forever.
I will stress to people who want to enter the comic book industry that they should just leave America and never support the monopolies. First focus on solidifying your style. Next find a style of story telling and working that works for you. Create a catalog of ideas usually in the means of your creation. Create a schedule of comics you will create each day. Publish on a site and gain followers and then offer services and sell. Think about pursuing the graphic arts field or architecture field or the like. As architecture is not really needed but you will become acquainted with the outside and inner workings of buildings important for your comics.They can get you closer to your goals and will keep your informed on text formatting, how buildings are created, and their outlook. Also provide a good source of income that relies on your ability to brand or market yourself and your firm. Business skills are gained from these jobs and they will help you acquire utter strength needed to pursue a path to victory in comics, in a unique manner. Not saying that you can't now, but you are likely more later.
One thing I have learned is not to overshot. To skill a process you need because of deadlines is not good. You will eventually have to go back and fix it. This is why I am recreating Cosmica because it was rushed in development in a hectic time in my life. I have better resources to create it now then I did then.
What I am going to do to fill the learning gap to fan to actual artists is create the series called S-academy that will go into detail of each of my comic methods and exactly how to use them and use them to handle situations that will arise in your life. This post will be updated as time goes on and reposted and updated as I advance.
