The Alberie Team of Zaks was murdered attempting escape from the Gehois City which was facing a rebellion to its Royal Order.
The Destiny Gang of Taurus, who are speculated and reported to have died in a massive particle displacement array that killed many in the Lines' City. And finally the Orberitei team of Gohasi, who died from a natural containment storm that hit their wilderness outpost in the deserted country of Flawn. Take a moment to remember these teams and their contributions to the Surge, which where recording many stories, participating in the many contests and games, meeting with fellow surge users and discovering new methods of storytelling as well as carrying out functions for the surge.
And now, moving on-the surge council has decided to increase efforts to spread the surge as wars across worlds and areas are ceasing and stabilizing. Some believe its all in means, to accomplish a sort of underground control of worlds. James L. Thealer Harper is the first to propose this.
Harper is revered because he is an Arve, that is a race of human that lives longer than a hundred years and because since his youth has participated in the Surge and organized and created much for the surge. He knows much about the hidden secrets of the surge, like how it began which many people do not know and there is a lot of mystery and bloodshed surrounding its initial origins. So here we have Mr. Harper.
Christine: Mr. Harper, I am aware that you are about 300 years old and have been around since the early years of the Surge.
Mr. Harper: Well, Ms. Topher, I am pretty sure you know, the Surge is over 20,000 years old covering every region its introduced. Due to the principle of the speed of light where the light particles their selves have a certain speed they reach objects we can be certain that the planets touched by the light of the surge could actually be being touched by ancient beings.
Christine: You're saying, that many people are surely inflicted by people who in their right minds could be living life in the past of what is already here? That the ancient creators, the council of surge are actually dead and gone in our time, but due to the principle of time leap through space which you've mentioned they, to their selves are living in their present. Their present equates to our past right?
Mr. Harper: Of course, though, I 'm not certain your audience would get what has been said but basically we are communicating with people who are dead and gone in our time period, who knows who is actually in their place in our time period.
Christine: I hear there is a way to evade the time-leap principle using a type of mediation method.
Mr. Harper: Yes, the forbidden one. The constant time mediator mode, rather it requires the user to know the feeling of time or so to speak, imagine time in past, present in future and like you pick a button, uses the present function.
Christine: Are there any people in any certain region who can use this function naturally?
Mr. Harper: Well of course, the Hrogolias of Zorac who have adapted to see time lines and whom we rely on for such good stories and knowledge in the surge, you might know one, but don't confirm here. Humans of the center, that is what is called Earth by them-apocalypse by anyone else, the humans there are quiet different. They actually have the liberty to believe true order or not without the majority of them being murdered off.

The problem for them, is they don't have proof of any divine order than some passed down book, so if they can't believe the surrounding context what can they achieve? Wars and make believe, I say. Some actually do believe to an extent that is not really reality-its kinda of like a fictionalized way of life. And so there are people who believe and don't believe, people who create and don't create and this leads to all sorts of creations and things. Things like wars.

That is the natural gift of that area,anything truly can happen in this area and given a number of not so well people...the state of the area could decline every time a malicious intent arises if not checked. In which you know, the energy at the center flows outward which can produce many changes everywhere.
Christine: You mean to say that certain individuals can impact all of everywhere by their actions in that center area and if that certain area is destroyed it could lead to the eventual destruction of everything?
Mr. Harper: Well, in theory yes, but there is proof that someone has taken the oath which prevents this cycle of degradation from continuing because as much as we hate to admit it, there are too many malicious intent people to take control of. Eventually it would have came to a point where all the energy created would have been chaos like in a nature like a fierce deadly storm all life would be wiped out everywhere. But the oath in design allows someone to change the world, rather everything in a bet against odds for their own life.
Christine: So who ever has taken this bet has gambled their life at the chance of odds on a certain questionable planet.

Quiet a lot of negative/anti-positive energy was released and it found its ways into the ways of life in many and quiet more of positive energy was created calming the wars started by the negative energy.
